At SuperMeds, we do not administer, dispense or deal with the prescribed medicines. In case you provide false, incorrect, or misleading information then we will not be responsible for any loss or damage, caused by any prescribed medicine, you may acquire from a third-party pharmacy. It is our policy to make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website well-updated according to changing standards such as the description of services and products. However, we still do not guarantee or claim that the information in our site’s content is accurate, complete, precise, or up-to-date. We use images of the products only for illustrative and marketing purposes. We are not responsible for your reliance on the accuracy of the product images, including product packaging, placed on our site.
All products on our site remain available all the time. You must talk with us in detail during consultation in case you need a particular brand of recommended medicine. In the event, your desired product is not available or it is not possible for our pharmacy to fulfill your request, you are not authorized to claim a refund from us. It is not in our policies that any recommended medication be returned because our pharmacy does not deal with or dispense any prescribed medicines. However, you can take unwanted or unused medicines to a local pharmacy for the disposal of the products safely.
Rules for Order Cancellations
SuperMeds return policies allow you to cancel any order till the time your consultation is in process or being reviewed. Thus, if you have ordered any product by using our service and didn’t receive the prescription ID, you still have the right to cancel your order. Once the prescription ID is received in which we notify you to confirm the acceptance of the order, your right to withdraw from the order ends. Your approval for acceptance of the order means that a contract between us is established. You will not be authorized to claim a refund once you confirm the acceptance of your order.
Our Refund Policy
We believe that our service will keep you satisfied and happy. Still, in case, if you want to have a refund because our service is not as defined and presented by us, we will refund the full cost of the service. However, it is only possible when you let us know and contact us within two weeks (14 days) of delivery confirmation.
Your refund will be credited back to your credit or debit card which you have used to pay us. Meanwhile, if the card you used earlier to pay expires before we refund you, it is suggested to provide us with the details of your new card.
Solution for Missing/Damaged/Dispensing Error
In the event of receiving a damaged order, one in which some parts are missing or some dispensing error has occurred, you are advised to contact us within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery in order to confirm a resend or refund.
